Die cutting..
Die cutting, also known as forme cutting, is the process of cutting a sheet to a particular shape. Jigsaws are a good example of this, as are boxes and some greetings cards.
At Dynamic we arrange a cutting forme to be made from a digital file. Steel blades are recessed into premium plywood, using a laser to cut the recesses. Rubber strips around the blades push each sheet off the face of the forme once cut.
